I’m Elyssa, your certified hype woman, hair and makeup artist, and content extraordinaire at Paradise and Spear Me. I live for creating color with impact and hair and makeup that photographs like a dream. Whether you want brighter blonding, rich low‑maintenance dimension, or a seamless grey blend, I’ve got you. And I don’t just want to be your hair and makeup artist; I want to build a moment around you because you are the main character in your story. Like Billy Shakespeare said, life’s a stage.

Over the last 20 years as a cosmetologist I’ve worked hundreds of weddings and photo shoots across the U.S., creating looks for brides, models, and music artists. I became a certified hair educator in 2011 in New York City and later mentored stylists on movie and music video sets at one of LA’s top beauty and production academies.
