Great for FAQs

Answer:That depends on what part of the facility you wish to use. If you wish to use the pool please bring your bathing suit (you may also wear any type of spandex clothing including long sleeves and pants), your own towel, flip flops or sandals to protect your feet, and other toiletries that you will want to use when you get ready to leave. A robe might be advisable if you wish to hang out in our social spaces between multiple pool visits. If you are taking an aquatic class, in addition to the pool use items above, we advise that you wear aqua shoes or class dedicated tennis shoes to protect your feet from the bottom of the pool. It's not that the pool is rough but most people's feet are tender. If you are here to hang out in our social spaces you may want to bring an electronic device and then connect to our free wireless, or a book to read.If you are getting a massage or facial, consult with your service provider.
Answer: Yes. The most current schedule will always be on the Events & Classes page of this website.   Just click on the sentence: "If you would like to download and print a paper copy - click here."   If you want the pool schedule right now here is a link to the latest schedule in PDF format.  At the front desk we have monthly schedules that you may pick up as well.
Answer: Which option you should purchase with us to use the pool depends entirely on your level of commitment.  If you are new to us we suggest that you take advantage of the individual day rates. Take a couple of different classes to see which is right for you. Try using the pool during the open swim times and see how that fits your schedule and level of discipline.Once you've tried out what we offer then, you can either continue to pay the day rate or purchase the monthly membership of your choice. Memberships make sense if you plan on visiting us about twice a week, less than that day rates are your less expensive option. Basically , the rule of thumb is this: If you need motivation, discipline, and accountability to get your butt in gear then you are better off with the premium membership which includes all classes or one-on-one sessions. If you're a self starter, just get the basic membership. See a full description here.
Answer: We offer a wide variety of classes that suit every individuals needs. If you are looking for PAIN RELIEF we recommend that you come to the classes during warm water temperatures (91 degrees).  Ai Chi, Knee-Hab Express, and B.A.D. (Back Abs Derrière) Core or B.A.D. Core Express are ideal.  (B.A.D. Core is a Pilates based class.) If you are looking to lose weight come to the Aqua Cardio 1 Hour, Aqua Cardio Express, S.H.A.R.C., or Aqua Zumba class.  The water is cooler, (86--89 degrees) so that you are cooler while pushing your heart rate up.  There is a complete description of all of our classes in the event/classes section of this site.
